Q: How do I book the class?
A: Booking is easy – just contact us via WhatsApp. Click the “Book now via WhatsApp” link on our site or send us a message at our WhatsApp number. 
Q: What are the class times and how long does it last?
A: We offer two classes every day: one starts at 2:00 PM and another at 6:00 PM. Each class lasts approximately 3 to 3.5 hours. This includes time for the optional market tour (morning class  for  groups  additional 100thb  per  person), cooking, and enjoying your meal. Plan on a fun half-day activity.
Q: Where is the class located?
A: Our cooking school is located on Koh Phangan, not far from Thong Sala (the main town/pier). We’ll provide you with detailed directions after booking. It’s easy to reach us by scooter or taxi. 
Q: Do I need any cooking experience?
A: Not at all! Our class is beginner-friendly. Whether you cook often or have never picked up a wok, our instructor will make sure you can follow along and have a great time. We explain everything clearly, and help is always available if you need it. Experienced cooks will also learn new tips and authentic techniques, so it’s rewarding for all skill levels.
Q: What dishes will we cook? Can I choose the recipes?
A: In each class, participants typically cook three dishes plus a dessert (Mango Sticky Rice). We have a set menu that changes daily or based on group preferences – common dishes include Pad Thai, Green Curry, Tom Yum soup, Papaya Salad, etc. If you have a strong preference or want to learn a specific Thai dish, let us know when booking – we do our best to accommodate requests, especially for private sessions. We’ll confirm the menu with you before the class starts.
Q: I’m vegetarian/vegan (or have food allergies). Can I still join?
A: Yes! We happily accommodate vegetarians, vegans, and those with food allergies or dietary restrictions. All our recipes can be adjusted – e.g., we can use tofu or extra vegetables instead of meat, no fish sauce or shrimp paste for vegans, and gluten-free soy sauce or rice noodles for those avoiding gluten. Just inform us of your dietary needs when booking, and we’ll prepare the ingredients accordingly. You’ll get to enjoy the full menu tailored to your diet.
Q: What should I bring to the class?
A: You don’t need to bring anything except your enthusiasm (and an appetite!). We provide all cooking equipment, ingredients, aprons, and drinking water. If you’re joining the market tour, we recommend comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and a little cash if you’d like to buy snacks or spices at the market. During cooking, we’ll handle all the prep and clean-up – you just focus on having fun. Oh, and bring a camera or phone if you want to take photos while cooking – those food pics will make your friends hungry!
Q: Do you offer a private or couples class?
A: Yes, we do. We offer a Premium Private Class, ideal for couples  3,800 THB per session. This is perfect for honeymooners or close friends who want a personalized experience. With the private class, it’s just you and the instructor – you can choose the exact dishes you want to learn, and even request specialized or advanced recipes not on the regular menu. Q: Are kids allowed to join the class?
A: Children are welcome with adult supervision. Our classes are family-friendly – we’ve had kids as young as 8-10 years old participate and enjoy the cooking. If you plan to bring children, please let us know their ages when booking. We’ll adapt the class (simpler tasks for kids, less spicy ingredients, etc.) to make sure they have a safe and fun experience. Kids often love making spring rolls or pounding ingredients with the mortar & pestle! (Note: for very young children, a private family class might be more suitable to give them extra attention.)
